The invention relates to a sealing device between reverse-rotating shafts. The sealing device consists of a sealing seat, an end surface sealing ring, a metal bushing, a radial sealing ring, a peripheral tension spring, an anti-rotating pin, a retaining plate and a clamping ring, wherein the sealing seat is fixedly arranged on an outer shaft and rotates together with the outer shaft, and the fixing method can adopt the leaning matching, nuts, positioning pins and the like. The sealing device has the advantages that the relative rotation speed between the sealing ring and the shaft is reduced, so the sealing device is suitable for higher relative rotation speed; the load of the sealing surface can be reduced, and the service life is prolonged; compared with the existing end surface sealing structures between the shafts, the occupation space is small, the structure is simpler, and the number of parts is fewer.
