СОПРЯЖЕННОСТЬ ТКАНЕВОЙ ЭКСПРЕССИИ МИКРОРНК ПРИ ЭКСПЕРИМЕНТАЛЬНОМ РАКЕ МОЛОЧНОЙ ЖЕЛЕЗЫ У КРЫС WISTAR С ЦИРКУЛИРУЮЩИМИ УРОВНЯМИ МИКРОРНК В КРОВИ И ЛИМФЕ

In work was done the analysis of microRNA expression breast tissue and their levels in the blood and lymph in normal and breast cancer. It is shown that expression of microRNA in tumor tissue and levels in blood and in lymph was elevated. The relationships between the expression levels of the breast tissue microRNAs with their content in the blood and lymph, as well as the type of the treatment was established.
