Contrast study on exercise rehabilitation in patients with angina of coronary heart disease

Objective:The aim of investigation was to observe the effects of exercise rehabilitation in patients with angina of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:Forty patients with stable angina were divided into the rehabilitation group (exercise rehabilitation+drugs) and the control group(drugs) at random.Both groups were checked up on the exercise tolerance and coronary artery reserve by Med Graphics cardial\|pulmonary training machine before treatment and after 4 weeks treatment period.Results:All of the angina threshold ischemic threshold of Rate Pressure Product(RPP) and anaerobic threshold(AT) were increased obviously in the rehabilitation group while those were increased a little in control one ( P 0 05).Conclusion:Exercise training treatment could improve effectively exercise tolerance and coronary artery reserve in patients with stable angina of CHD.
