Ground-Level Enhancement in the Intensity of Cosmic Rays during the Decay Phase of Solar Cycle 24: Spectra and Anisotropy

An investigation is performed of variations in anisotropy and the rigidity spectrum during ground-level enhancement of the intensity of cosmic rays on September 10, 2017. It is shown that protons were accelerated to rigidities of 5–7 GV during this event.
