Pseudométastases rachidienne et cérébrales : un diagnostic inattendu de tuberculose hématogène
1992
The authors report the case of an atypical disseminated tuberculosis. A medullar compression syndrome due to a vertebral pathological fracture without spondylodiscitis led them to discover an hematopoietic tuberculosis on bone examination. This localisation was associated with an intracerebral miliary tuberculosis, a rare circumstance in our industrialized countries.
