Research Status of High-strength Aseismic Reinforcement Steel Bars

The application of the micro-alloying,quenched and self-tempered(QST)and fine-grained technologies in high-strength aseismic reinforcement steel bars are introduced,based on characteristics of high-strength aseismic reinforcement steel bars.Micro-alloying technology is more widely used than the other.The cost of the QST and fine grained technology without adding alloying elements is lower than the micro-alloying and can also meet the seismic performance of steel bars.The comprehensive analysis of three processes shows combining micro-alloying with QST in the production of high-strength aseismic steel bars can reduce the production cost and improve the seismic performance.
