Conductive education-based physiotherapy in Parkinson's disease

This study examined the uptake and effectiveness of a conductive educationbased physiotherapy programme among older patients with Parkinson's disease attending day hospital. Of patients offered the programme 80% participated, of whom 85% completed the 10-week programme. Mobility scores improved significantly in all patients. Improvements were maintained at 3 months.
