Clinical observation of the therapeutic effect of naked oat formula food on metabolic syndrom with fatty liver

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of naked oats as the main ingredient of the formula food on metabolic syndrome with fatty liver.Methods: 53 cases of metabolic syndrome patients with fatty liver were studied,and they were treated with the use of naked oats recipe as the food standard diet therapy for three months.Such indicators as blood glucose,liver function,blood lipid,body weight and the liver B-ultrasonic morphology changes were studied before and after the treatment by using the self-control contrast method.Results: After 3 months of standardized diet therapy,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein,waistline and other indicators have been improved significantly,and there were significant differences compared with those before the treatment(P0.01),and the effective rate of the fatty liver was 88.68% under B-ultrasound.Conclusion: The naked oat formula of food have brought a good therapeutic effect on the metabolic syndrome with fatty liver.
