Combined analysis of N→ ' N, N→ ' N and NN→ NN ' reactions

A combined analysis of the free and quasi-free N → � ' N, NN → NN� ' , andN→ � ' N reactions has been performed within an effective Lagrangian approach. It is found that a set of above-threshold resonances {S 11, P11, P13}, with fitted mass values of about MR = 1925, 2130, and 2050 MeV, respectively, and the four-star sub-threshold P13(1720) resonance reproduce best all existing data for the � ' production processes in the resonance-energy region up to √ s = 2.35 GeV.
