457Rhodosporidium toruloides MTCC Genome Sequence of the Oleaginous Red

MTCC457was sequenced using Illumina GAIIx at Genotypic Technology,Bangalore, India. The SeqQC (http://genotypic.co.in/SeqQC.html?mnu1) and Fastx toolkit (http://hannonlab.cshl.edu/fastx_toolkit/index.html) were used to filter the data for highquality(cutoffreadlength 70%;cutoffqualityscore 20)andtoremoveadaptorsequencesfromrawreads.Atotalof14,041,098paired-end reads with a length of 66 nucleotides (nt) and20,837,494 reads with a length of 72 nt were used for
