Observation of Jieyu- ruanjian- huoxue particle combined with western medicine on compensated hepatitis B cirrhosis

Objective To observe the curative effects of Jieyu- ruanjian- huoxue particle combined with western medicine on compensated hepatitis B cirrhosis. Methods 156 compensated hepatitis B cirrhosis patients were randomly divided into two groups. 86 patients in treatment group were treated by Jieyu- ruanjian- huoxue particle combined with western medicine. 70 patients in control group were treated by simple western medicine. The size of liver and spleen,liver function and four parameters of hepatic fibrosis before and after treatment were measured in two groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group( 93. 0%) was superior to that in control group( 70. 7%,P 0. 05). The hyaluronic acid( HA),collagen type Ⅳ( Ⅳ- C) and procollagen type Ⅲ( PC Ⅲ) after treatment were improved in two groups( P 0. 05,P 0. 01),and the improvement in treatment group was superior to that in control group( P 0. 05,P 0. 01). The alamine aminotransferase( ALT),aspartate transaminase( AST),total bilirubin( TBil) and albumin( ALB) after treatment were improved in two groups( P 0. 05,P 0. 01),and the improvement in treatment group was superior to that in control group( P 0. 05,P 0. 01). Conclusion Jieyu- ruanjian- huoxue particle combined with western medicine can significantly improve hepatosplenomegaly and clinical symptoms,can obviously improve liver function and four parameters of hepatic fibrosis,has significant clinical effect and high safety.
