Propuesta de inversión en centro ambulatorio de traumatología, rayos x y fisioterapia, fistra, en el sector de Carcelén, Quito

This investment proposal is conceived as a project which intends to merge three health specialties which are linked due the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, they are an important part of medical practice, and especially its prevalence increases as the age of the patients advances. The main objective is to conduct a market research, technical and financial analysis in Carcelen at north of Quito, to determine the feasibility and ensure the profitability of the creation of a new niche of ambulatory health focused to join the specialties of Traumatology, physiotherapy and X-rays. The project will be called FISTRA. Analytical, inductive, synthetic methods and descriptive study were used in the development of which was achieved by establishing related research objective criteria. The FISTRA project seeks to become a reality, being the first outpatient center that propose the merge of these three specialties in the north of the city, which will provide employment opportunities for medical specialists, will contribute to the growth and development of the community in which it is located and it will generate profits for shareholders as promoters of the project. This analysis will become a tool that help to minimize the associated economic risk of the investment through the application of financial indicators that help the control and supervision of the viability of project.
