Tripropellant Hypersonic Wind Tunnel Modeling and Switched Finite-time Control

The modelling and control problems of tripropellant hypersonic wind tunnel are investigated in this paper. First, the mathematical model of the combustor in the tunnel is established so that the temperature, pressure and air velocity of the system could be calculated by the fuel, liquid oxygen and air supply. Then, PID, sliding mode and finite time controller are proposed respectively based on the model above. Furthermore, a switched scheme among the controllers is proposed to improve the performance. Finally, numerical simulation is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the modelling and control scheme proposed in this paper.
