Atherectomy (ATHRO) role for treatment of symptomatic infrainguinal arterial lesions is controversial. In this study, we aim to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of atherectomy-assisted endovascular interventions in comparison with percutaneous angioplasty (PTA).
