Operation and treatment of the 200 cases in treatment of patients with hyperthyroidism

Objective To investigate 200 cases of hyperthyroidism surgical treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis of 200 cases of hyperthyroidism in patients with subtotal thyroidectomy preoperative preparation,surgical characteristics and postoperative management.Results 200 cases of patients with hyperthyroidism after subtotal thyroidectomy,189 patients were cured,8 cases of recurrence,3 patients died.Conclusion Subtotal thyroidectomy surgery is a simple,convenient,economical,and efficient surgical method.Preoperative preparation,intraoperative operation and accurate,skilled,after appropriate treatment,patients can successfully recover.
