Communication and safety culture by a pediatric emergency nursing team perspective

Abstract Objective: Identify how communication process is assessed by nursing team in pediatric emergency area. Methods: Quantitative study, transversal survey type, developed with 75 nursing team professionals of three areas of pediatrics emergency. Data was collected between September and November 2014, using the Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture. This study was approval by Ethic Committee under protocol number 35231514.1.0000.536.
