Caterpillar Sign in Infantile Hypertrophic Pyloric Stenosis

A 23-day-old male infant presented with nonbilious vomiting. Physical examination of the abdomen revealed a possible olive-sized mass, and imaging showed the “caterpillar” sign, which is suggestive of pyloric stenosis.
