Application and Research of Analytical Chemistry in Food Inspection

Analytical chemical methods in food production are widely used in food safety testing. High performance liquid chromatography is a type of chemical analysis method that is also commonly used. To this end, the paper will use the application of high-performance liquid chromatography in food detection as an entry point to study the application of analytical chemistry in food detection. High performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) is characterized by stability, ease of use, variable sensitivity and selectivity. It shows better chromatographic resolution, more sensitive analysis, shorter analysis time, and can reduce solvent consumption This article provides a brief overview of the application of UPLC in the rapid detection of dairy additives, food additives, contaminants, mycotoxins, and illegal chemical additives.
