Terahertz nanospectroscopy of surface carrier dynamics in metal-nanopatterned semiconductors

We suggest a novel terahertz nanospectrosocpy for studying surface properties of bulk semiconductor (InP) where terahertz field enhancement and confinement by metallic nanogap enable to probe photoexcited surface carrier dynamics.
