The positioning zone comprises a plurality of first repeat monomers, the supporting zone comprises at least two supporting units and at least one connecting unit, each supporting unit comprises a plurality of second repeat monomers, the quantity of the first repeat monomers is different from that of the second repeat monomers, and the second repeat monomers in each of the supporting units positioned at the front end and the rear end of the supporting zone are connected with the second supporting monomers in the other corresponding adjacent supporting unit by a first connecting unit in a one-to-one correspondence manner to form closed-loop structures. The vascular stent, the method and the application have the advantages that the vascular stent is particularly applicable to iliac veins, and good iliac vein supporting effects can be realized by the vascular stent; venous walls rarely can be injured, and stent secondary thrombosis after the vascular stent is implanted can be effectively prevented; the vascular stent can be effectively positioned in the iliac veins and is easy and convenient to operate, and the release accuracy can be improved.
