[Jaundice by interaction of troleandomycin and contraceptive pills: 3 observations (letter)]

3 cases of jaundice were observed in women on oral contraceptives (OCs) who had been administered troleandomycin. It is possible that an interaction exists between this drug and estroprogestational agents or that troleandomycin potentiates the side effects usually associated with OCs.
