2013
Objectives To discuss the safety and efficacy of simultaneous bilateral percutaneous nephrolithotripsy(SBPCNL) for bilateral complicated upper urinary Tract Calculus. Methods Retrospective analysis:the clinical data of 11 cases who underwent SBPCNL for bilateral complicated upper urinary Tract Calculus from Aug.2009 to Sep.2012.Results All the 11_patients were performed bilateral operation simultaneously,of which 6 cases underwent SBPCNL with two channels for 7 laterals and one case was suspend the operation for the massive hemorrhage during the second lateral operation.7 patients were not found the residual stones in the bilateral renal after stage 1th and 4 patients were found and to get the fistulization lithotomy,of which 3 cases had taken net the residual stones after stage 2th.The total stone free rate was 90.9% (10/11) and the one stage free rate 63.6% (7/11).The total average operational times, intraoperative bleeding and postoperative hospital stays were (155 ± 35) min,(370 ±90) nl,and (7.5 ± 1.5)d respectively. No severe complications occurred except postoperative fever in 3 cases and blood transfusion in one case. Conclusions SBPCNL might be safe and effective for bilateral complicated upper urinary Tract Calculus for selected patients.
