Soetomo midwifery student dormitory is one of the 12 polytechnic hostel in Surabaya having foodmanagement administration system for students. At the hostel, diet comes from student requests that aretailored to the existing budget. The purpose of this study was to know influence the of organization of foodmanagement system, the level of consumption and the incidence of anemia in the dorm Midwifery Soetomo.Type a descriptive analytic study with cross sectional design. Samples numbered 44 with sampling by simplerandom sampling. The collection of data by interview and observation. The data analysis was tested withSpearman's rho. The conclusion of this study is the implementation of the food system in the dorm obstetricsnot all conform to the standard system for the implementation of institutional food energy consumption levelsare normal and there is no severe deficit and slightly anemic. At the level of protein intake, many normal andmild deficits. To the level of iron consumption, the deficit more normal, but many are not anemic, and thelevel of vitamin C is normal.
