Adrenal incidentaloma is very common and increasingly recognised due to the increasing number of high-quality scans or investigations amongst the general population. The challenge facing the endocrine multidisciplinary team is to sift out the minority of patients who require treatment, either for hyperfunctioning or very rarely for malignant disease.
