The invention discloses a seashore reservoir indoor desalination and salt resistance experimental simulation system and a simulation method thereof. The simulation system comprises a fresh water tank, a flat water tank, a saline water tank, a raining system, an evaporating system, a tidal wave generator, a submerged pump, a simulated seashore reservoir, and pressure measuring holes; wherein in the length direction, a fresh water area, a sand area, and a saline water area are arranged on the flat water tank, the fresh water area is communicated with the fresh water tank, the tidal wave generator is arranged between the saline water tank and the saline water area, the saline water tank is connected to the saline water area through the submerged pump and is used to adjust the salinity of the saline water area; the raining system and evaporating system are arranged above the sand area, and pressure measuring holes, which are used to monitor the pressure changes in different positions of the flat water tank in real time, are arranged on the backside of the flat water tank in different depths, and are connected to a pressure measuring pipe. The provided system and method can carry out researches on seashore reservoir desalination/desalting and seawater intrusion under complicated dynamic effects so as to provide scientific guides for the construction, operation, and management of a seashore reservoir.
