Empirical study of Fructus Evodiae processed Rhizoma Coptidis’s synergistic effect on breadboard gastric ulcer of rats

Objective:To study and research the synergistic effect of Fructus Evodiae processed Rhizoma Coptidis on breadboard gastric ulcer of rats,in order to explain its mechanism of‘clash and aid processing’.Methods:Choosing SD rats,using capsicum chilli,distillate spirit and absolute alcohol to establish breadboard gastric ulcer model,comparing the inhibiting effect of Rhizoma Coptidis and Fructus Evodiae processed Rhizoma Coptidis,meanwhile determining the relative factors of this diserse,such as 6-Keto-PGF1α,IL-8,TNF-α.Results:The inhibiting effect of Fructus Evodiae processed Rhizoma Coptidis was better than Rhizoma Coptidis,and there was significant difference;Different groups rats had different contents of 6-Keto-PGF1α,IL-8,TNF-α,compared with the same dosage of Rhizoma Coptidis,the content of 6-Keto-PGF1α,IL-8,TNF-αin Fructus Evodiae processed Rhizoma Coptidis groups were all lower,and had significant difference;This trend will be obvious when the dosage increases.Conclusion:Fructus Evodiae processed Rhizoma Coptidis can reinforce the inhibition of gastric ulcer of Rhizoma Coptidis,and Rhizoma Coptidis processed by Fructus Evodiae can to help Rhizoma Coptidis cure the disease of digestive system,it must be to go back to‘clash and aid processing’.
