Acquired immune deficiency syndrome combined cytomegalovirus-associated polyradiculopathy

[Objective] To investigate clinical features and treatment of AIDS combined cytomegalovirus-associated polyradiculopathy. [Method] Clinical features and treatment of 3 cases with acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) combined cytomcgalovirus-associated polyradiculopathy in Ditan hospital were observed and analyzed. [ Result ] The patient's conditions were controlled and symptoms were disappeared under treatment of anti-combined cytomegalovirus-associated polyradiculopathy combined high active anti-retroviral therapy. [ Conclusion ] Cytomegalovirus-associated polyradiculopathy can develop at different stages of AIDS. The measures of auti-cytomegalovirus-associated polyradiculopathy combined anti-HIV may be an effective way to treat this kind of disease.
