Orbital Tumors and Retinoblastoma

Orbital tumors vary in histology and presentation depending on the age of the patient. The tumors may be divided into ocular and orbital tumors. The most common intraocular malignancy in adults is choroidal metastasis and uveal melanoma, while most common primary ocular malignancy in children is retinoblastoma. The most common primary orbital malignancy in adults is lymphoma while that in children is rhabdomyosarcoma. This chapter summarizes 2 cases of retinoblastoma, one patient of choroidal melanoma and a patient with second malignant neoplasm.
