VLP and their uses

The present invention relates to a transmembrane fusion protein of type I or II comprising successively a) optionally a signal peptide; b) a protein or peptide of interest; c) a coiled-coil domain; and d) an anchoring domain in the plasma membrane, consisting of a transmembrane segment and a cytoplasmic segment. It also relates to virus-like particles obtained with the fusion protein.
