Response to: Final-year pharmacy and medical students do not recognize "red flags" in childhood fever.

Harsanyi et al. discuss the preparedness of final-year students for consultation on childhood fever. As fourth-year medical students with an interest in paediatrics, this is particularly relevant and we concur with the notion that increased practical university training is required. Whilst the study was thorough, we believe a similar analysis could be proposed amongst other universities in different countries thus making it a more representative sample of medical students as a whole.
