Study on Culture Conditions of Waste Water Decolorization by Coriolus Versicolor

The optimum conditions for producing laccase and decoloring papermaking wastewater by coriolus versicolor were studied. The results showed that the optimum culture conditions were glucose 10.0 g·L-1,ammonium tartrate 1.00 g·L-1,pH 6.0,temperature 28℃. It was the same to the optimum culture of producting laccase by coriolus versicolor,and the decolorizaiton rate was positively correlative with the laccase activity. With the increasing concentration of carbon and nitrogen sources,there was a corresponding increase of the biomass. However, the decolorization rate was not related to the biomass of coriolus versicolor directly.
