Diagnosing ASD in Very Early Childhood

2016 
A large subset of persons with autism can be diagnosed between 16 and 36 months of age. A number of systematized methods are now available to enhance the reliability and validity of these diagnoses. This chapter describes the current state of the art in differential diagnosis with these young children.
