TİP 1 ÇİFT SOL ÖN İNEN KORONER ARTER ANOMALİSİ: CERRAHİ REVASKÜLARİZASYON TIP 1 DUAL LEFT ANTERIOR DESCENDING CORONARY ARTERY ANOMALY: SURGICAL REVASCULARIZATION

2015
A 60-year-old man presenting to our hospital's emergency department with chest pain was diagnosed with acute coronary syndrome after performance of specific examinations and tests. In coronary angiography he had dual left anterior descending artery (LAD) that had a critical lesion before its bifurcation. LAD was bifurcating after a short course, after which both branches were reaching apex. Herein, we aimed to report our experience in a case with dual LAD that was reported by Spindola-Franco et al (1) to be a rare anomaly in normal hearts, with an incidence of approximately 1%.
