[Sexologic approach--education of the physician].

Sex education is taught these days in most secondary schools; still it is not well accepted by all and many taboos still exist. Moreover few of the teachers are ready and prepared to lecture on such an important subject. At the University of Geneva Switzerland the Dept. of Obstetrics and Gynecology together with the Dept. of Psychiatry offer courses in pathological and in normal sexuality to 3rd and 4th year students. Courses are open to all doctors and assistants and as well to social workers family planning personnel midwives and nurses and to students from foreign countries.
