Multi-stage molecular distillation equipment

The invention relates to multi-stage molecular distillation equipment. The multi-stage molecular distillation equipment comprises a molecular distillation tower, wherein a molecular distillation tower charging hole is formed in the upper part of the molecular distillation tower; a heavy fraction discharging hole is formed in the lower part of the molecular distillation tower; a light fraction slip-out matter port is formed in the bottom of the molecular distillation tower; the multi-stage molecular distillation equipment comprises at least two stages of molecular distillation towers which are in series connection; the heavy fraction discharging hole of each stage of molecular distillation towers is communicated with a vacuum material penetrating pump by a pipeline; the vacuum material penetrating pump is communicated with a charging hole of the next-stage molecular distillation tower by the pipeline; and the light fraction slip-out matter port of each stage of molecular distillation towers is connected to a light fraction slip-out matter storage tank. A heating sleeve is additionally arranged on the outer part of the pipeline between the vacuum material penetrating pump and the charging hole of the next stage of molecular distillation towers; and the temperature of the heating sleeve is controlled by a temperature controller. The multi-stage molecular distillation equipment has the beneficial effects that unlimited-stage distillation can be realized by virtue of the series connection and loop connection of the multi-stage molecular distillation equipment, so that a high-purity product can be obtained; and the heating sleeve is arranged at the charging hole of each molecular distillation tower, so that the temperature is kept uniform and constant, and the product quality can be well improved.
