ИЗУЧЕНИЕ ОБЩЕСТВЕННОГО МНЕНИЯ О КАЧЕСТВЕ ОКАЗАНИЯ ФАРМАЦЕВТИЧЕСКОЙ ПОМОЩИ В АПТЕКАХ

We have carried out an empirical study of public opinion about the quality of pharmaceutical care in pharmacies. The study analyzed the degree of satisfaction of visitors pharmacies and negative components that affect the quality of pharmaceutical care. Most of the visitors were satisfi ed with the quality pharmacy services, but some respondents noted irregularities in the activities of pharmacists. Most frequent situation: the confl ict with the visitor and criticism of the prescribing physician. Most visitors pharmacies believe they primarily offered more expensive drugs that often were made abroad. The results can be used to analyze and improve the quality of public services in pharmacies.
