Lorlatinib – Induced pulmonary arterial hypertension

Abstract We report here the first cases, to our knowledge, of pulmonary arterial hypertension induced by lorlatinib. It s the first time that a tyrosine kinase inhibitor for lung cancer is associated with pulmonary arteriel hypertension.
