Simbléfaron en ojo único

We report a case of a 10 year old patient from HNRG with history of anophthalmia of the right eye and severe symblepharon of the left eye. After presurgical antiinflammatory treatment, surgical intervention and post operative medical treatment was performed the patient still has a deep formed fornix 18 months post surgery.
