Epidemiological and Clinical Characteristics of 57 Cases of New Coronavirus Pneumonia in Non-epidemic Areas/ 57例非疫区新型冠状病毒肺炎流行病学及临床特点分析

Objective To investigate the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of neocoronavirus pneumonia in non-endemic areas Methods In January 2020, the Nanjing Public Health Center began to treat confirmed patients Retrospective analysis of 57 patients with new-type coronavirus pneumonia who have been discharged from the hospital are reviewed for symptoms, laboratory tests, CT images, and treatment plans Results The 57 patients age ranged from 5 to 97 years, 29 male and 28 female, Median age 37, 35 cases were clearly related to Wuhan, 16 clustered cases The disease has an average incubation period of 7 4 days, 54 cases occurred locally, 23 patients had fever as the first symptom, and 13 patients body temperature is normal Other main first symptoms include dry cough (24 6%), fatigue, sore body (8 8%);15 patients (26 3%) decrease with peripheral white blood cell count;27patients(47 4%)decrease with lymphatic or eosinophils;increased average platelet volume accounted for 24 7%
