Research on the influence of the inclination errors of vertically prestressed anchor plates of concrete box beams to it's prestress loss

2011
The location error of anchor plates increased the set back amount of vertical prestress tendons and had influence notably on the prestress loss. 400 samples were acquired by using LS160-60 to measure the errors. Regression analysis was performed assuming Pearson-III curve, which was appraised using the inspection method of Pearson χ 2 . Comparison shows that the error follows the distribution of Pearson-III. The largest diameter of anchor nuts was measured, and the additional set back amount and prestressed loss was analyzed, which was lead to by the inclination error. It is helpful, as expected, for the design and construction of vertical prestressing.
