Study on strip-flatness feedforward model of four cold rolling mill

The strip-flatness feedforward model with bending force compensation is investigated for four-roll cold rolling mill.With Abaqus finite element software,the parameters of strip-flatness feedforward model were simulated,and the effect of rolling force fluctuation and rolling force on the stripflatness feedforward model was analyzed.The comparison between calculation results and setup parameters shows that both values are consistent.
