Analysis, Design and Assessment of Composite Repairs to Operational Aircraft

Abstract This chapter focuses on the experimental data associated with the behaviour of composite repairs to cracks in cracked structures. Particular attention is given to how cracks in composite repairs on operational structures actually grow and to the tools needed to both design composite repairs and to assess their effect on aircraft sustainment.
