Effectiveness evaluation about application of clinical pathway for acute cerebral accident patients in emergency department

Objective To discuss the effectiveness about application of clinical pathway for acute cerebral accident patients in Emergency Departement. Methods The newest and authorized clinical guideline of diagnosis and treatment of acute cerebral accident is chosen to formulate therapeutic decision and is compiled to clinical pathway. To chose 245 acute cerebral accident patients treated with clinical pathway as observation group,and comparison group including 237 acute cerebral accident patients is designed to receive traditional medical mode treatment. To compare the two groups.Results There are some significant difference between the two groups,such as earlier final diagnosis rate,patients’ satisfaction degree,etc(P0.05). Conclusion Application of clinical pathway for acute cerebral accident patients in Emergency Department is a new and effective service mode,and it can significantly improve earlier final diagnosis rate and patients’satisfaction degree.
