Analysis of 425 Cases of ADR Reports in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the characteristics and general pattern of the ADR in our hospital. METHODS:By a retrospective study,a total of 425 ADR cases (all the cases have been reported to "Nationwide Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Network")collected from 2009 to 2011 in our hospital were statistical analyzed.RESULTS:Of the 425 cases,males(55.29%)showed higher proportion than females(44.71%); 32.71%(139 cases) were induced by antibiotics.The ADR cases induced by injectable preparation and intravenous route were the most common ,accounting for 84.71% and 85.18%,respectively. Lesions of skin and its appendants were the most common clinical manifestations of ADR,which accounted for 26.81%(126 cases).There were 3 severe ADR cases(0.71%). All the ADR cases were cured or improved. CONCLUSION:More attention should be paid to the monitoring of rational drugs use to avoid or reduce the incidence of ADR.
