An apparatus for handling fluids by exploiting the centrifugal force comprises a rotary body having a holder for a fluidic module, wherein the rotary body having a rotational axis about which the rotary body is rotatable and defining a rotation plane on which the rotation axis is vertical. A fluidic module is attached in the holder or be introduced to the bracket. Fluidic structures are formed in a Fluidikebene in the fluidic module. When the fluidic module is inserted into the holder or mounted on the support, the Fluidikebene is at an angle with respect to the plane of rotation is inclined, and a) extends either one of two mutually perpendicular spatial directions, which the Fluidikebene define with respect to the axis of rotation radially or b) intersects an axis extending through the rotational axis straight line in the plane of rotation which is perpendicular to one of two mutually perpendicular directions in space, the fluidic not.
