Сравнительная оценка панкреатодигестивных анастомозов при панкреатодуоденальной резекции

2013
In 157 patients we have carried out pancreatoduodenal resection: for cancer of the pancreatic head — in 83 (58.8 %), cancer of periampullary zone — in 40 (28.4 %) and chronic pseudotumorous pancreatitis — in 18 (12.8 %) patients. The developed technique of pancreatojejunoanastomosis at the stage of pancreatoduodenal resection provides reduction of the total number of complications in patients compared with the imposition of terminolateral anastomosis (by Whipple) and terminoterminal technique (by Shalimov — Kopchak) of 1.98 and 1.57 times respectively. The number of patients with complications is reduced: with terminolateral (by Whipple) pancreatojejunoanastomosis — 59.4 %, with terminoterminal (by Shalimov — Kopchak) — 58.3 %, with pancreatojejunoanastomosis by the procedure of our clinic — 30.8 %, with pancreatogastroanastomosis — 24.3 %.
