Recent Research for G-band CW transformed folded waveguide TWT

Institute of Applied Electronics has developed a wideband continuous waves (CW) transformed folded waveguide Traveling Wave Tube (TFWTWT) amplifier operating at G-band. By the measurement, the amplifier produced the maximum output power 28.27W in frequency 220GHz with 7GHz -3dB bandwidth at CW work. The maximum gain is 31.4dB in frequency 221GHz.
