Sensor effect mechanisms in tin dioxide-based conductometric sensors for detection of reducing gases
2009
Research data concerning conductometric SnO2 sensors intended for detection of reducing gases were reviewed and analyzed. The mechanism responsible for increase in the sensor conductivity under reducing gas exposure was considered. Factors affecting the sensitivity of SnO2-based sensors were discussed.
