2020
The landscape of cancer therapeutics is rapidly evolving with the introduction of novel treatments, such as immunotherapy. DNA damage repair pathways have been implicated in the emergence of and prognostication of cancer. However, extensive study has led to the creation of a host of agents moderating the DNA damage response to optimise anticancer activity.
