Web-based course evaluation: comparing the experience at two universities

This paper describes the implementation of online student evaluation of instruction in the colleges of engineering of two national universities. The paper reviews the history of development of the online processes, and the benefits and challenges of using Internet technology for student evaluation of course instruction.
